More Money In Good Hands
Money Coaching Workshop with Anna Camilla Goldbeck Wood
When: December 13th 11am-1pm
A profoundly safe and uplifting workshop to bring care to a subject that many struggle with silently.
Your capacity to create wealth is simple but not automatic. Your courage to learn how and your desire to make money are a generous gift to a world in polycrisis.
This we know for sure: AI can’t touch the work you do. In an increasingly disembodied world, there is a growing opportunity to own the value of your work. I am excited to give you a leg-up, sharing practical expertise in service of more money in YOUR good hands.
There will be discussion and somatic exploration. Bring your questions!
Together we will
soften wincing, freezing or shrinking about money into expansion
question whether marketing strategies are actually helping or mostly just scrambling your brain
bring curiosity where we might accidentally be using values/principles to undermine, and how values can support you in a way that boosts your bank balance
lift the lid on how financial sustainability underpins diversity and inclusivity: liberation from unsustainable models that keep hidden biases in place
connect somatic intelligence to your "business brain” — even if you don’t think you have one!
replace competition with celebration: co-create a supportive culture around money, in which it is safe to succeed
Anna is an Alexander Technique teacher, performing artist and coach skilled at creating profoundly safe spaces, navigating difficult subjects, and supporting individuals to own their kind, intelligent, powerful brilliance. She loves to lift people up, and is motivated to liberate artists, practitioners and educators toward a more diverse, inclusive and thriving future
Group Alexander Technique sessions in Glasgow City Centre
Courses are a cost-effective way to try out the Alexander Technique in a supportive group environment.
I offer 4-week group courses to explore different themes within the Alexander Technique.
Each session in the course will involve an introduction, a group activity, and short 1:1 hands on work.
By the end of the 4 week course you will:
Have a greater and more compassionate awareness of your habits
Have explored finding more ease in your posture
Be able to to build moments of grounding into your daily life and experience the world more vibrantly
These 4 week courses will be a practical and playful introduction to the the core principles of the Alexander Technique
It will provide time and space to explore doing less, letting go and rediscovering your inherent lightness and vitality. These sessions are groups so you will learn as part of a community of people and benefit from the support and connection that this will provide. Like trees in a forest; growing is easier when we all grow together.
Why?
AT aims to help people feel safe and comfortable as they navigate the world. It’s a unique practice that’s a mix of compassionate self-reflection, natural breathing and movement co-ordination, that invites people to explore how to make the everyday task of living feel effortless.
